The Perdue "Farm-to-Fork" food safety program -- coupled with our stringent biosecurity measures, audited Best Management Practices and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) procedures -- continues to produce consistently wholesome food products for the market place. Our safety/security protocol includes on-farm biosecurity procedures, the tightest controls in the industry on the health of birds to be processed, round-the-clock guard coverage at all processing facilities and a multitude of screening and testing by Perdue's teams of quality assurance and veterinary personnel, and government USDA and FDA officials.
