Cooking And Prep

OVEN: Preheat oven to 350░F. Place product on foil-lined baking sheet. Cook 30-40 minutes to an internal temperature of 170░F, in the thickest part of the breast.

GAS GRILL: Preheat grill to medium to medium-high (target temp. 450░F). Place chicken breasts on grill. Put the cover on. Turn occasionally (approx. every 5 mintues) for 14-18 minutes, to an internal temperature of 170░F in the thickest part of the breast.
