Cooking And Prep

Reheat to an internal temp. of 141'F. Times are approximate. Remove breast from printed bag. Wrap breast in foil and place in pan. CONVECTION OVEN: 325'F oven for 2 hours. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: 350'F for 2-1/2 hours. TO BROWN TOP: Open foil at end of cooking. SLICED PRODUCT: Wrap sliced turkey in foil and place in pan. CONVECTION OVEN: 325'F for 8 minutes. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: 350'F for 15 minutes.
