Cooking And Prep
• GRILL: Form burgers and place on hot center of lightly oiled grill. Brown burgers, 1-2 minutes, on each side. Move to cooler edge of grill. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side, to an internal temp. of 170║F. • SKILLET: Preheat lightly oiled non-stick skillet to medium-high. Stirring occasionally, cook 3-4 minutes until no longer pink. Ground chicken should reach an internal temperature of 170║F.
