Product Handling

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash work surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly.

Cooking And Prep

• GRILL: Form burgers and place on hot center of lightly oiled grill. Brown burgers, 1-2 minutes, on each side. Move to cooler edge of grill. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side, to an internal temp. of 170ºF.
• SKILLET: Preheat lightly oiled non-stick skillet to medium-high. Stirring occasionally, cook 3-4 minutes until no longer pink. Ground chicken should reach an internal temperature of 170ºF.
