Ingredients
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 tbsp. low-fat sour cream
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/2 tbsp. hot red pepper sauce
1 pkg. broccoli slaw mix
1/2 cup sweet onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup scallions, sliced
1/4 cup red bell pepper, julienned
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, vinegar and hot sauce. Set aside.

In a large bowl, toss together slaw mix, onions, scallions and red pepper; stir in dressing and toss well. Cover and refrigerate 10 minutes, stirring occasionally before serving.
Step 3
To serve, spoon 1 cup slaw onto a plate and top with 4 oz. chicken.
