  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.  Chop chicken into 1/2 inch pieces.
  2. Place a scant teaspoon of cream cheese into each shell.  Top with 1 tablespoon chicken and 1/2 teaspoon apricot preserves per shell.
  3. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately.

Great appetizer to make for a party. I made two batches. Easy to make and everyone loved them and wanted the recipe.
