tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
teaspoon finely chopped garlic
teaspoon salt, or to taste
To make the vinaigrette, whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice in a small bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk again. Set aside.
Put the lettuce in a large bowl. Add the chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, basil, 1/2 cup of the feta cheese, and 1/4 cup of the olives. Just before serving, add the vinaigrette and toss. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
Divide the salad between four salad bowls. Top the servings with the remaining feta cheese and olives, and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.

This recipe is the best. It was easy to make and the flavors were so delicious. I love Perdue short cuts B/C it is easy to make, well seasoned, and can flow with any recipe. As a Nurse Administer I have a very busy schedule so I do appreciate it when I can just open a bag of perdue shortcut and have a meal within 20 minutes or less. I am trying all the diffferent choices of chicken shortcuts and I love it, the chicken is moist and tender. Thanks Perdue P.S try to catch them on sale Shoprite usually has them.
