   Alternate Perdue Products:
1 cup panko or dry breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup minced parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard


1. Preheat oven to 400°F. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley and oil; season with salt and pepper, if desired. Place mixture aside.

2. Lay out thighs on foil-lined baking sheet and spray with cooking spray if desired, leaving space between each piece. Brush Dijon mustard over top of each thigh and layer crumb mixture evenly over entire top surface of each thigh.

3. Place baking sheet with breaded thighs in a preheated oven for 22-25 minutes or until tender and golden brown. Remove from heat and serve.
