   Alternate Perdue Products:
4 (9-10 inch) flatbreads
1/2 cup country coarse mustard
2 cups baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 cup roasted red pepper strips


1. Lay each flatbread out on a clean, flat surface.

2. Spread 2 tablespoons of mustard on each flatbread. Top each flatbread with 1/2 cup spinach, 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese, 1/4 cup red pepper strips and 2 ounces of sliced Pan-Roasted Turkey Breast.

3. Fold flatbread to enclose filling and slice in half before serving.
