12 ounces
2 cups mild salsa
4 10 whole wheat tortillas
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup shredded light Mexican cheese blend
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 cup diced avocado


1. In a saucepot, mix Rotisserie Turkey Breast and salsa. Place on low-medium heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

2. For each serving, place a heated tortilla on a clean, flat work surface. Sprinkle half of tortilla with: lettuce, cheese, sour cream and avocado dices. Top with 1/2 cup pulled turkey mixture and roll up to enclose and cut in half. Serve immediately.
