1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons wasabi paste
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
1 teaspoon lemon juice or rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons minced cilantro
1 teaspoon honey, optional


  1. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, soy sauce and wasabi paste until blended. Stir in ginger, lemon juice and cilantro; add honey if desired. Refrigerate 15 minutes before serving.
  2. Reheat chicken tenders according to package instructions, if desired.
  3. Serve 2 chicken tenders with the soy-ginger dipping sauce.
