3 ounces light cream cheese
1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar
1 10-ounce can diced tomatoes abd chilies, lightly drained
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, optional
Carrots
Broccoli florets


  1. Heat chicken sticks according to package instructions.
  2. In a glass bowl or measuring cup, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese and tomatoes. Cover and microwave for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in cilantro, if desired, and serve while hot.
  3. Transfer to a dip bowl and serve with chicken sticks and vegetables for dipping.
