In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, vinegar and hot sauce. Set aside.
In a large bowl, toss together slaw mix, onions, scallions and red pepper; stir in dressing and toss well. Cover and refrigerate 10 minutes, stirring occasionally before serving.
To serve, spoon 1 cup slaw onto a plate and top with 4 oz. chicken.

I HAVE BEEN BUYING PERDUE CHICKEN FOR GOING ON A YEAR AND I WOULDN'T BUY ANY OTHER KIND. THE TASTE DOESN'T EVEN COMPARE TO THE OTHER THAT I USED TO BUY AT WAL MART.WONDERFUL CHICKEN. I WOULD LIKE TO FIND THE BURGERS, THAT WOULD BE A CHANGE.
