Oven

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Remove roast from plastic wrapping. Place roast on foil-lined baking sheet and cook for approximately 40 to 50 minutes, until a meat thermometer inserted in the center registers 170°F.
3. Allow the roast to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Please note if you are cooking 2 roasts at the same time, add 5 to 10 minutes.

Grill

1. Spray grill with cooking spray. Preheat grill on medium high (500°F to 600°F).
2. Remove roast from plastic wrapping. Grill roast, cooking for approximately 35 to 40 minutes, until a meat thermometer inserted in the center registers 170°F. Turn roast once, half way through the grilling process.
3. Allow roast to rest 5 minutes before serving.
