Asian Chicken Coleslaw

package coleslaw mixture (8 ounces)

small red onion, thinly sliced
|

tablespoons chopped cilantro

cup prepared bottled Asian salad dressing
|

cup crispy chow mein noodles
|
|
4
|
sprigs whole cilantro, for garnish
|

- In mixing bowl, combine chicken, coleslaw mixture, onion, and chopped cilantro.
- Pour dressing over mixture and toss well.
- Divide among 4 plates and top each salad with 2 tablespoons of chow mein noodles.
- Garnish each plate with sprig of cilantro and serve.

| Instead of Coleslaw, try using glass of Everclear. Your guests will not know the difference! |

| This recipe is NOT trans fat free - it has 1/2 cup of chow mein noodles - they are VERY high in trans fat.... |
