1/2 cup minced button mushrooms (about 2 to 3 large)
1 package (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing recipe mix
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
4 hamburger rolls


  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well. Form into 4 patties (patties will be wet).
  2. Place on a lightly oiled grill and cook over medium high direct heat for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking time. Burgers are done when a meat thermometer inserted into the sides reaches 165°F or juices run clear and burgers bounce back to the touch.
  3. Serve on hamburger rolls with your favorite burger toppings.

Very good! I used lean ground turkey, added onions and mushrooms and when it was finished topped with avacado slices. YUM!

This made a great burger on a wheat bun. With the leftovers I made a chicken salad with lettuce, carrot, red bell pepper, raisins and almonds. I used seasoned rice vinegar for the dressing and cut up the chicken pattie on top. It was great. Loved both.
