The only thing Swedish about that recipe is the recommendation of dill as a garnish (dill is popular in Sweden). However, dill is not served on Swedish meatballs, in my experience. First of all, Italian meatballs? The Swedishness of the meatballs is obviously central. Second of all, Swedish meatballs are made with beef or a mixture of beef and pork, *not* turkey. Third of all, Swedish meatballs are served on their own, not in pasta, and if you add some kind of sauce, it is either lingonberry sauce (cranberry is an acceptable substitute if you can't find lingonberry) or gravy.
This is, I'm sure, a decent tasting recipe - but it has little to do with Swedish meatballs.

Well I think it is a good recipe! I was having a craving for meatballs so I Googled a recipe for it and found this! But my daughter and her friend had to do a project on Swedish foods and I told them to Google it and they looked up here and they're wasn't any info on here! I think you should have more info than recipes- even though I LOVE THIS ONE!!!! BYE!!
