1/2 envelope Onion Recipe Soup Mix
1/4 cup water


  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients.  Shape into 4 patties.
  2. Grill or broil burgers 6 minutes each side or until meat thermometer in center reaches 170° F.
  3. Add you favorite toppings.

This was excellent. We just had it for dinner tonight. I usually mix up some Asian inspired burgers but tonight it was just two of us - my son and me - for dinner and I was looking for something even quicker. I used a store brand onion soup mix that I had on hand and mixed it up in a minute. The burgers were very juicy. We used light multigrain english muffins for buns and added some light, low sodium muenster cheese for a good healthy alternative to cheeseburger on a bun.

This was awesome. I used a whole package of the onion soup mix. I eat it all the time. Wish there were more recipes featuring the ground chicken, especially since watching my diet.
