1 package
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup onion, grated
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoon fresh thyme
2 cups tomato puree
1/4 cup white wine
4 slices mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat chicken according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a saucepan heat 1/4 cup of oil and add onion, garlic, thyme, and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomato puree and wine.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. On each chicken breast, place one slice of mozzarella cheese on top and cover with the sauce. Repeat with other pieces.
  6. Place in an oven-proof baking dish and bake at 325ºF for 5minutes or until the cheese melts. Serve promptly.
