Ingredients
1 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. sesame oil
Scallions for garnish, chopped
Step 1
Whisk together the orange marmalade, soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil. Pour over chicken and marinate for 1 hour.
Step 2
Spray the basket of an air fryer with pan spray. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place in the air fryer basket, breast side down. Reserve the marinade.
Step 3
Cook the chicken at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Carefully flip the chicken, breast side up, and continue cooking an additional 10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees with a meat thermometer.
Step 4
While the chicken is cooking, place the reserved marinade into a sauce pot and bring to a boil. Allow to simmer for approximately 5 minutes until the sauce reduces slightly and resembles a thickened glaze.
Step 5
Remove the chicken from the air fryer basket and brush with the sauce. Garnish with chopped scallions.
