Ingredients
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp. wasabi paste
1 tbsp. minced fresh ginger
1 tsp. lemon juice or rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp. minced cilantro
1 tsp. honey, optional
Step 1
In a bowl mix mayonnaise, soy sauce and wasabi paste until blended. Stir in ginger, lemon juice and cilantro; add honey if desired. Refrigerate 15 minutes before serving.
Step 2
Reheat chicken tenders according to package instructions, if desired.
Step 3
Serve 2 chicken tenders with the soy-ginger dipping sauce.
