Ingredients
1/4 cup sherry
3 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Step 1
Preheat grill or broiler.
TIP
TIP: Do not baste during last 5 minutes of grilling.
Step 2
In small saucepan, over medium-high heat, bring sherry, brown sugar, oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Step 3
Grill or broil chicken, turning occasionally and basting with sherry sauce, 15 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in center registers 170°F.
