Ingredients
4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup ranch-style dressing*
1/4 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional)
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and coat a small casserole dish with non-stick spray or butter.
Step 2
Add cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and ½ of cheese to a sauce pot over medium-low heat. Whisk continuously until all the ingredients are dissolved, and the sauce is smooth and creamy. Remove from heat.
TIP
TIP: For a twist, use ¼ cup blue cheese dressing instead of ranch dressing.
Step 3
Add chicken and, if desired, green onions to sauce mixture and fold to blend. Transfer mixture to casserole dish, spread evenly, and top with remaining cheese.
Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly browned on top. Serve and enjoy!
