Ingredients
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. finely chopped oil packed sun dried tomatoes, drained
1 tsp. fresh chopped basil
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
6 mini-croissants (about 1 ounce each), sliced in half lengthwise
6 lettuce leaves
1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
Step 1
Heat chicken according to package directions. Mix together mayonnaise, sun dried tomatoes, basil and pepper in a small bowl.
Step 2
Spread insides of each croissant with tomato mayonnaise. Place lettuce on croissant bottoms. Top each with 1 chicken tenderloin and avocado slices.
Step 3
Place croissant tops over avocado.
