Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

5 tbsp. apricot preserves or chutney

2 pkg. (1.9 oz. each) mini fillo shells (15 shells per package)*


Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Chop chicken into 1/2 inch pieces.

tip TIP

TIP: *Mini filo shells are available in the grocery store freezer section.

Step 2

Place a scant teaspoon of cream cheese into each shell. Top with 1 tablespoon chicken and 1/2 teaspoon apricot preserves per shell.

Step 3

Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until heated through. Serve immediately.
