PREP TIME: 10min COOK TIME: 25min
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 8 oz. cans refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 cup Dijon mustard
4 thin sliced cooked ham, sliced in half
4 slices Swiss cheese, sliced in half
Step 1
Pre-heat your air fryer to 375 degrees F. Spray the basket with cooking spray. Without overcrowding the basket, place chicken in a single layer and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to work in batches. Chicken is done when a meat thermometer inserted in the center reaches 165 degrees F. Transfer chicken to a plate to cool.
Step 2
Separate crescent roll dough into triangles and lay on a parchment lined baking sheet. Brush a little Dijon mustard down the center of each triangle. Place one slice of ham and one slice of cheese on the wide end of each triangle. Lay the cooled chicken strips lengthwise across the cheese.
Step 3
Starting at the widest end, roll up each crescent roll ending with the narrow tip Bake the rolls for 15 to 20 minutes, until the crescents are golden brown.
Step 4
Remove from oven and let cool. Serve with remaining Dijon mustard as a dipping sauce.
