Ingredients
1 tbsp shawarma seasoning
4 whole wheat pitas
1 cup spring mix
1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
1/4 cup cucumber, diced
1/4 cup tomato, diced
Step 1
In a pan over medium heat, add a tbsp. of oil and 1 pack of PERDUE® FRESH CUTS® Fresh Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Strips and shawarma seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Step 2
Remove the top third of each pita to allow for the ingredients to be added inside each pita.
Step 3
Add tzatziki, spring mix, onions, cucumber, and tomatoes to the pitas.
Step 4
Fill each pita with equal portions of the seasoned chicken strips.
