Ingredients
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 red onion
1 pack fajita seasoning
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
8 small flour tortillas
Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
Step 2
Cut the peppers and onion into thin strips. Drizzle oil over the chicken and vegetables, and season with the fajita seasoning. Toss well and make sure that they're evenly coated with the seasoning.
Step 3
Add the chicken and vegetables to an air fryer basket. Air fry at for 15 minutes, tossing halfway through.
Step 4
Serve with warmed tortillas, pico de gallo, avocado slices or guacamole.
