Ingredients
4-6 Greek Pita breads
1/2 Red onion, sliced
1/2 cup Crumbled Feta cheese
1/2 Hothouse Cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup Tzatziki sauce
Garnish with Fresh Dill and Lemon
Step 1
Preheat a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add 1 tbsp. of your favorite neutral cooking oil, followed by 12 oz. of fully cooked, Flavor-Infused Greek Chicken. Saute for 5-7 minutes, while stirring, until slightly browned and an internal temp. of 145 F is reached.
Step 2
Assemble gyros by placing 2-3 oz. of chicken on each pita and layering the remaining vegetables, cheese, and tzatziki sauce.
Step 3
Fold over and enjoy.
