Ingredients

2 tbsps. olive oil

2 tsps. minced garlic

2 cups sliced button mushrooms

8 oz. penne pasta (1/2 box), cooked

3/4 cup sliced green onions

1 1/2 cups alfredo sauce

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add olive oil, followed by garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds. Add the mushrooms and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Add in chicken, pasta, green onions, and alfredo sauce. Stir ingredients until combined. Simmer over medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3

Top ingredients with cheese and serve family style. Enjoy!
