8 cups mixed baby salad greens
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/2 cup Asian-flavored salad dressing, such as Asian Ginger Dressing
2 tsp. sesame seeds or 1/4 cup honey-roasted flavored sliced almonds
Step 1
Lightly toss the salad greens, chicken, mandarin oranges, and red onion in a large bowl. Add the dressing; toss just until evenly coated.
Step 2
Serve on salad plates. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or almonds.
