Ingredients
1 bag baby spinach
1 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup red onion, sliced
1/4 cup non-fat sweet & sour dressing or Fat-Free raspberry, balsamic, or coleslaw-style dressing
4 large hard-boiled eggs, peeled and sliced
Step 1
In a bowl, toss together spinach, carrots, onions, and desired dressing. Divide mixture among 4 bowls.
