Ingredients
½ of an 18-oz. bag of corn tortilla chips
0.5 cup drained and rinsed black beans
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese or your favorite cheese blend
0.75 cup pico de gallo or fresh salsa
0.5 cup sour cream
2 tbsps. fresh chopped cilantro (optional)
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2
Layer chips evenly in a baking tray, followed by chicken, black beans, and cheese.
Step 3
Cook for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. Remove from oven and top with pico de gallo and sour cream. Sprinkle cilantro on top, if desired, and serve.
