Step 1
Put the apple cider and the cinnamon into a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes until reduced by two-thirds, leaving around 1 cup remaining.
Step 2
Mix corn starch and water together and add to the cider blend. Put bon the heat and mix until thickened.
Step 3
Cool the cider over a bowl of ice until it is a syrup consistency.
Step 4
Add the mayonnaise, mustard and honey, mix well.
Step 5
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
